Hey y’all, My wife goes off the deep end every month or so. I wish there was a way to track it but it seems to happen irregularly. Also, asking this question I think I may have autism.

I assume the question is, how tldo I track my wife’s menstrual cycle?
And by extension know when I should hold my tongue and when to have the chocolate ready.

Not everyone is regular. If that’s the case not much you can do.
Try getting a period tracking app. It may be able to pull the pattern out even if it seems random. Or at least give you a rough estimate.
Isn’t there an app called Flow or something to manage this?
