Enterprise seems to have characters beaten bloody, covered in soot, drenched in sweat or slime, or poisoned by trellium-D every other episode. It’s very hard to watch Enterprise compared to the rest of Star Trek

Hoshi wasn’t immune from anime treatment either. The time she dropped down from a ceiling vent, leaving her clothing snagged behind her was particularly egregious.
That moment was when the show lost me, it was ridiculous. It reminded me of those old Art Frahm pinup posters where they depicted, against all physics and plausible circumstance, a woman’s underwear suddenly dropping down around her ankles from under her dress in public.
