No thanks, I prefer cash. Credit cards and debit cards can be disabled at a whim. Prone to being fucked up by computer error, don’t work when the internet is down, or during a disaster with no power.

ATM networks are typically for withdrawing money without a fee.
I dont think I’ve ever seen one that lets you deposit your cash at, for example, a gas station atm or anything… Feels like there’d be way too many liabilities… but who knows, maybe there is one that lets you.
Online banks have one major drawback, and that is the difficulty they typically have with getting cash into them.
Checks/Transfers/Etc? no problem.
But getting cash into it is a big PITA.

If you have the mental energy/space, there are usually state therapists boards of some kind that you can call and report that behavior too… Too few people do that, though (and I’m including myself on that list), because a lot of people who seek out therapists are in a bad, vulnerable state and just don’t have the mental space to go through with reporting these assholes like they deserved.

and there needs to be more oversight and punishment for objectively bad therapists. and I dont mean bad as in their program didnt work for you, i mean bad, like ones that spend an entire session fellating themselves over how awesome they are, or tell you that they arent here to listen to you bitch and moan about your problems (someone I knew had a therapist say that to them) or whatever other objectively awful things bad therapists too.
and there needs to be more education about therapy, and how there are many different styles and approaches… and not all work for everyone, The system should incentivize people being able to tell their therapist they appreciate their time, but it doesnt feel like their approach is working, and get refered to a different one with a different approach without drama, extra cost, extra paperwork, or headache.
Therapy is just littered with bad therapists, that do more harm than good and give the practice a bad name.
For every 1 good therapist, there are probably 10+ bad ones.
It can be a fucking ordeal to navigate, financially and emotionally, to try and find the one good one.
My worst experience was a therapist which charged me 300 dollars a session to do nothing but talk about how amazing they were, and that I need to just suck it up and be amazing like they are, afterall, it was so easy for them.

i remember one year there was a game i wanted all year

I emailed and asked if they’d honor the price given the issues on their side, and they said no, I missed the sale. Not gonna lie, that kinda heated me up quite a bit, cause I didnt miss the damn sale, I wasnt able to check out cause their end shit itself.
discounts were much deeper. because devs/publishers were more willing to give a 90% discount to their newer games if it was for 2/4 hours.
they were easy to get if the game was a scam or if you had serious unresolvable technical issues, but not so easy if you just impulse bought a game and regretted it.
Australia sued Valve due to their refund policy and Valve changed the refund policy to what it is today.

Its not an overreach to increase fines to a relative point commiserate with current earnings, so that they can actually harm a company and by doing so discourage future illicit behavior.
To try and claim otherwise is some corpo rat bullshit.
These fines come on the heels of willful behavior, that they believe they can make money off of even accounting for the fines… Which turns the fine into nothing more than a tax. With higher fines, that can destroy their profits and damage their company, they won’t be so eager to pencil evil into the expense line.
