I like Googles design language for their pixels, instead of a giant bump they made it into a visor.
A price increase is bound to happen at some point, the X came out 6 years ago at $999, that’s a pretty long time to keep a price point.
When you sync to your NAS do Live Photos sync properly?
The current studio display already has the A13, I’d expect all future monitors to come with with iPhone SoC.
I want that too! “Apple Hub” type thing to be the center of the smart home. Unfortunately I assume that combining Apple TV, HomePod and router would be too niche (and expensive for consumers) for Apple to actually make.
Apple Watch Ultra Max
Periscope camera for higher zoom, moving to titanium instead of stainless steel metal will save weight, and the mute switch is supposed to become a button that might be customizable to control more than just silence which would be nice since I only ever keep mute switch on silence.
TIL, that sounds pretty good and I assume it would qualify, if you are activating on att it shouldn’t matter what kind of plan. I recently moved to Visible which is owned by Verizon but unfortunately I don’t think that counts.
I assume you just have to activate with that carrier. Do the big 3 even have prepaid plans?
The kind of people that are going to buy this at $3500 are probably not going to be all that worried about the additional lens cost.
I’m not sure about before Apple Card, but one of the bigger draws of Apple Card is financing Apple products with zero interest. Just seems ridiculous that you can’t finance an iPhone using Apples own credit card unless you have service with one of the big 3 carriers. I was also thinking it has to be carriers getting upset people use their Apple Card’s to buy unlocked and bring it to their network avoiding BS fees they charge.
I feel like it has to be some sort of contract renegotiation between Apple and the carriers, doesn’t make a lot of sense for Apple to just do this independently.
I have been dealing with my iPhone 8 waiting for USB C iPhone. 15 looks like it may be a great upgrade and assumed having Apple Card would allow me to finance without having to be a part of one of the big carriers.
I had been planning on just getting directly from Apple because the carrier deals just aren’t really worth it because they make it difficult to leave that carrier. I’d rather have a phone financed with Apple and be able to move between any carrier I want.
Agreed, EyeSight seems like the obvious “Pro” feature to get rid of to save money. I would much rather keep the internal high resolution displays that actually matter for the user. EyeSight looks creepy in general to me though, so I’m probably a bit biased.
It’s definitely a weird response, since it’s directed at employees I would have expected him to try to be reassuring without downplaying or even really mentioning the blackout.
Should have been easy to just say something bland like “we believe in the changes we are making and how they will make our company better. “
How often do you have to change yours? I got mine on launch and have only had to change the battery one time.
