When you’re going up against Adolf Hitler and need to travel back in time, it’s the right equipment for the job.

Top left sounds pretty much how i’d expect death to be like anyways. Whatever emotion you’re feeling as you pass just gets freeze-framed like a tv glitching out, and then you just experience that. Period. Confusion being that emotion doesn’t sound too horrible.
Then again, whatever the VR thing is could be fine. If it’s too small a space, though, then perhaps not. Also, if it’s a bad place then that’s just a form of hell.
In regards to I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream, they aren’t in a virtual reality , at least not based on the descriptions given. It seems that the machine is just so powerful that it can keep those it is tormenting alive indefinitely.
Very ironic use of war propaganda, considering that Microsoft’s market model is closer to the colonial powers that usually use this format - and the fact that linux often attracts anarchists due to its open, collaborative design.
Is this mostly line work or stippling?

Not supported by blender so far!
I did but that was mostly my own doing.

To be more detailed, The firearms serve another purpose than just returning fire in a gunfight. The coast gaurd often disable the engines of boats they’re pursuing by shooting the engine.
Course, these are more just guidelines. How the coast gaurd actually conducts itself is likely adapted to the situation.
Webseums (online museums) are great resources, but can be hard to find sometimes

Not to mention that jack shit would have happened if they’d managed to get it to the surface upon noticing an emergency relating to hull integrity.

Gonna call this one an L. Having done drugs and eaten candy, they are not the same. I do not consume drugs for the same reason I consume candy. I take ibuprofen for head aches, I drink coffee to wake up, and I take weed to mellow out or sleep better. On the other hand, I eat candy because it tastes good. These are nowhere near the same.
For comedy entertainment and peekaboo, the similarities stop at “they make you laugh”. That’s the only similarity.

Refugee ships also still get intercepted and turned away from various countries. It is nice seeing the violent bigots turned away for a change, though.

Again, it’s 50 dollars per student - given to the school as a subsidy. The average middle school has something around 500-600 students, so that’s between $25,000 to $30,000 per school. That’s not huge but it’s not negligible either.

If that money were all distributed to our education system, it would only really go to the children of the US, so it makes less sense to evaluate that money on a per-american basis.
That money would also be going to institutions as opposed to the students, so a more practical evaluation would be to see what amounts would go to each school.
At the end of the day, though, we know that $3.3bn isn’t going to education - not even a bit.

That’s incredibly sad to hear. I watched this channel alot to see the various fox personalities, like Finnegan. I’m gonna be worried about the foxes for a while, now.
I think it’s a very young puppy. Some big breed with fluffy hair? Like a Tibetan Mastiff or something similar.
EDIT: after some research, I think it’s probably a Chow Chow puppy.
Put a harness on your pet and put it on the harness. Boom, instant spoofing.
Here’s a direct link. Read the Table of Contents, so you get what it’s about. It’s good info.
It’s more a philosophy for Unix systems. When we say that “everything is a file”, we’re saying that even devices should show up on the filesystem (/dev), even network ports should show up on the filesystem, even processes should show up on the filesystem(/proc), etc… and that is as opposed to having a different system abstraction handle those functions instead.
Of course when you look deeper into it, linux does not explicitly follow that rule, it more just adheres to it. It’s more a guideline than an explicit statement of fact
