Hello!

I spend the most time on worldbuilding. Then I look at what’s wrong with the world and what the party can do about it. I come up with a good starting adventure, a rough idea of the main factions/storylines involved, and who I want the villain to be. If I have PC backstories at this point, I’ll also weave those in; otherwise, I tend to use them as good reveals when the moment feels right.
