Maybe google could make a thing where they give users an pixel for less in exchange for their old iphone (newer -> more price reduction)
With a 30 day guarantee to give the phone back (data purge and stuff only happens after) the user is not going to really risk anything
But it could be interpreted as weak, but if a bunch of users stays they can really use it as good publicity so maybe the move would not be that bad.
I am sure that google could loose a lot of money this way but they are one of the largest companies so they could afford it.
Cars 4 is going to be amazing
The original Infinity dev does not support Lemmy. Another dev made a fork of the open source project, now called Infinity to better distinguish the two from each other.
very illegal, thank you for your contribution in the documentation of smol cat crimes
there are more pages that the bot missed
I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re refering to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.
Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called Linux, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.
There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine’s resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called Linux distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux!
But seriously: another comment here points out some tool
was confused at first about the renaming but makes sense to differentiate the fork (less confusion differentiating booth)
there was a joung guy like 4 years ago in the job orientation (it area)
he could not turn it on either
He called the pointy finger of the teacher “magic finger”
he never got into the it apprenticeships but likely he got into another job orientation
In the finals of my programmer apprenticeship was a multi table excel section (on paper of course) that had a 25% weight.
What was very confusing for like everyone.
Excel makes no sense, we can make a database and use SQL or something but not excel
and print it out later for the archive
if you have a link to a gif you can insert gifs anywhere with ![] (link)
what is litterally the same as for pictures.

Thank you for answering is full sentences instead of on “nevermind, fixed it, bye”
It is better when lemmy users who know the ground can test the server a bit before it gets DDOSed with some reddit users who dont know anything and get raged
Like an beta and alpha phase for finding bugs and testing as much as possible out before the offendable users get confronted with it
Maybe maid? But i am not the original commentor
Can i mess with his fur?
for patting reasons
I know i cursed as a kid and did not very like it so i trained te be cursing free. That broke after like 10 to 12 jears after i got a friend that cursed a lot.
My mair reason why i did not like it was that if a mind reader exists i hope that at least i am not annoying. With the same motivation i structured how i think too, like less sentences that break halfway through.
