Disc golf is the sport for nerdy kids who never liked sports. And even if you’re absolutely terrible, you get to take a nice walk in the park or the woods. Most courses are free to play, and you really only need one disc to have a good time. Strongly recommend for those who know they aren’t active enough but have no interest in going to the gym.

I’ve tried keeping him in, because the overwhelming opinion of people online is that it’s better for your cat and for local wildlife.

He screamed at the door for roughly 12 hours a day for 6 weeks before I gave up. I’m just not capable of torturing my little furry friend like that. He just wants to sleep in the garden. Occasionally he kills a mouse or a chipmunk, and I thank him for it.

There are plenty of cats that can be happy indoors. Mine cannot.

Is it an ideal solution? Fuck no. It’s wildly messy and uncontrolled. But the bad guys are winning, and they have been for a while. Continuing to do nothing isn’t going to fix anything.
