lmao just setting up the initial board game and reading through the rules took an entire meet-up session back when we started playing. It’s fairly daunting. Definitely had a bunch of rule violations the first round just figuring it out, improved from there haha. When you play with a full 6 players it can take longer than 4 hours to complete sometimes.

That was the case for me as well, it felt too complicated and slow. But when you understand the game and calculate into the future it gets very satisfying.

Makes sense, it’s just hard to motivate myself on my own to learn.

My bathtub faucet plunger that diverts water to the shower head wasn’t working anymore so I couldn’t shower. I bought a new one with chrome finish to match the existing hardware in the bathroom. Installed it

Then I decided to CLR douse the water valve and decorative plate and get rid of some hard water staining. It dripped onto the new faucet which clearly wasn’t made of the same material because it instantly oxidized.

So that was infuriating.

I agreed with Ross previously that Thor taking a really dumb fuck position helped get more attention on the issue that was, IMO, as hopeless as trying to get the masses to care about or understand Net Neutrality. Oh the online bravado got us through one more election before we all discover we’re not much better. That Alberta takes all the heat when Saskatchewan is not much better let alone Ontario or the east coast is where I laugh bitterly as an Albertan who actually knows just how close our last provincial election was. 4 digit amount of votes on a few seats difference.

Stagnation on my personal goals is a blight on my mood, but I’m otherwise okay. 75% okay is pretty good for me.
