I used to forget my bags all the time until I got some actual nice bags made for groceries. They’re way bigger, sturdy enough to hold anything, and can stand freely as I load groceries in them. I don’t forget them now.

He’s all good! Just had a hot spot on his neck and needs to cool it on the itching. Had a bath with his medicated shampoo and needs to be careful for a few days and he’ll be good.
Also an introvert; switching to working remotely vastly improved my social life (and productivity at work). When I was going to the office, I was burning all my social energy during the day and defaulted to hermit mode on nights and weekends to recharge.
Now I’m sitting on my social charger all day while I’m working and actually have the energy to hang out with my friends outside of work hours.
I’ve tried to get my friends consolidated in one app in the past, but have given up. I prefer Discord, but use a combo of that and Slack, Signal, GroupMe, IG, FB Messenger, SMS, email, and probably some others I’m forgetting about. Discord is the only one I directly open, the others I’ll just rely on notifications.
Used Chrome forever, switched to Firefox back when this stuff first started going down. No ragerts.

I made the mistake of looking through some of the IG comments and I don’t want to live on this planet anymore.
“I’m not sure the public would stand for it,” he said. “I think it would be tough for the public to take. You know, at a certain point, there’s a breaking point.”
This mf really trying to do it again.
Possible the source website just changed the title after the article was shared and Lemmy pulled the metadata.
I legitimately can’t tell from the headlines whether North Korea stories are satire at this point.
Is the only argument against lab-grown meat that it disrupts an existing industry? Because I’ve yet to hear a legitimate reason why this is a bad idea.
I can’t handle not clocking off. I work from home and like to use the same devices/apps, but everything switches to personal focus mode outside of work hours so I won’t see work stuff.
I thought the same. Interesting strategy cutting the people who are good enough to get another job.
