if they want to pass a law requiring voter id because they actually care about fraud, then they would expand their services so more people could get a hold of ids. just another example of them clearly not wanting “free” or “fair” elections. its just a convenient cover that their intellectually deficient voterbase will lap up like dogs. loyal to a fault.
