I was working with some younger people a few years back and one of them noticed that all of us from of a certain generation always slam the mouse down whenever we first use it. It should stipulate it has to come out of salaries of any above a certain threshold from the lowest paid full-time employee. No more run-away pay. If you want to get rich you gotta make sure the lowest down can at least afford to live.
