This is often a problem of getting just a baby because of the lifestyle attention. Here in Germany it’s not uncommon that parents give their kid in daycare with the age of three because they can claim for a place. It’s all about outsourcing responsibilities for “metime” and career. 4 hours screentime is just another symptom.
Sounds like straight out of Family Guy… Hehehehe.
Yes, farting noises from hot air squeezed through the muffin top are the worst.
The Sides are mostly “reserved” for I/O or the inner space ist already used by the battery. The Back IS possible and often used but mostly blocked by the display too. Front also blocked by the battery.
So what remains ist the bottom and the manufacurers try to minimize the problem with lifted feets which is mostly useless ob the lap.
But I consider gaming laptops not as mobility foccussed. They’re more foccussed on the ability to carry around but using on a desk.

Instances in general will defederate with other instances that careless about the law. The problem with these people is that they are not there because Lemmy exists. They exist anyway. The question is want you interact with them.
Instances already defederate servers that giving people a platform to write thier illegal shit in the fediverse. They get blocked by users. But they exist anyway.
I think it’s a self regulating system of common sense and in the end there will be bubbles that don’t interact with each other. So basically how it is in social media already.
The difference between the Fediverse and Voat is decentralisation vs. centralisation and this is what the fediverse makes more robust. Aside from it’s challenges regarding it’s protocol with Threads in scope.
But thats how to get attention.
It’s a big problem that even if the situation describes itself people make collages of pictures that have no direct relation just to make a point.
Ironically this behavior undermines the actual goal because it shifts the debatte to “this is fake” not to “Housten, we have a problem.”.
And most ironically: My comment underlines the debatte shift even more.
Hoomans are fucked.
Plot twist: You got banned.
It’s like you are lost in the backrooms…
Some weeks ago I purchased a new keyboard and did’nt realized that there is a ridiculously bright charging LED in top that shines right in your eyes.
In the end in my lazy manner I fixed it with electrical tape. It even shines trough the black tape.
On the other hand I’m glad reading it beforehand to not step accidently is this disgusting shit.
So in a weird way thanks for warning.
Wish I had not read the plot.
Additionally it needs QR-Code Support, Backup-Codes and disabling only after double-check of your current password.
I think the missing QR-Code is a main flaw that holds non tech savvy people back from using it at all.
Yup, clearly made before Resurrections.
