Nike actually makes a running shoe which used a carbon reinforced sole IIRC which is supposed to make you use a bit less energy when running. So I’ll put in my vote for no, you won’t be faster barefoot.

I found it enormous fun, great overtakes, great midfield, Max beating his teammate by 15 sec, lots of struggles on tyres, Hamilton taking the fastest lap on fresh mediums, Max sending it from miles away on Leclerc, slight change of pace with the rain but overall small effect, except for Max almost spinning on Eau Rouge.

Not the best Spa edition ever, but as an attendee of the 2021 edition, certainly not the worst

Honestly very interesting grid, wouldn’t immediately say Max will 100% win this one as well. Depending on how wide everyone is at the start and how incident free it is as well. Although the raw speed of that redbull might prove me wrong.
