6 days agoChinese soups of various kinds. Many of them are pretty brothy, which I guess isn’t what a lot of people are looking for in a soup, so they’re not super popular unless you’re used to them.

As someone who types very fast, your technique sounds insane to me. It must really be something to behold in person when you’re in the groove.
