yeah, I really hate seeing these types of articles during elections. some will skim past it and go “well, its cool. I don’t need to vote, she got it” and that kind of lazyness is how elections are lost.

OP, you don’t need to repost this in every news community! it would be pretty silly to say its gonna be a “comfortable” loss. its gonna be insanely close and posting this kind of stuff discourages further voting. and also, yes. things will get hairy either way. the best outcome is to assume that the worst could happen, and prepare for it. The SCOUTS is betting on this being close so they can pull their shenanigan again.

I don’t care if they tell you she’s gonna win 100%. do you part and make it happen! …don’t just assume things! go vote, if you haven’t already.

or video recording possibly? depends hugely on the judge/corruptness of the court/state. some courts throw out cases based on pure testimony because of the lack of documented evidence in situations like this one. this is usually why cops will make you do sobriety tests, it is used to validate and document the fact that someone is too intoxicated to drive. these actions are usually also recorded, and presented as evidence to the district attorney. a good lawyer can get you out of this situation, especially if its just speculation from the officer. the more evidence they have on you, the harder it is to prove your innocence, and vise-versa. either way, lawyer up!
