iCloud private relay is highly underrated for privacy imo. You won’t hear a lot of agreement with me here, but it’s the best form of a privacy vpn. When you use a third party vpn you still have to trust the vpn company to respect your privacy whereas private relay, by definition, does not allow Apple or anyone else to scrape your data.

Some routers don’t like iCloud Private Relay as it is a privacy measure. I have gotten notifications from some wireless networks that internet access is not available via iCloud Private Relay. I tell those networks (that want to track my every move) to fuck themselves.

This is equivalent of trying to sell a modern TV without support for any smart apps. FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE. Pisses me off that taxpayers will once again have to bail out the failed shitshow that will be a GM backruptcy.
