a very small percentage of helium will disable the phone
i’ve tried that but then we both lose
if everything smells like shit wherever you go, it’s time to look at the bottom of your own shoes…
~(i’m saying you’re the asshole)~
the first microwave ovens were for rich people only too….
everything you’re saying might be true now, but there’s definitely a lot of potential and benefit to doing it like that…
the could’ve sued him to stop…
i would guess near night clubs and the like… they’re more likely to use them, and drunk people are more likely to toss them willy nilly…
40 minutes door to door with that
if you’re extremely wealthy, it’s doable
i have been to Chicago many times and used to live in NYC… i’ve also used public transit in many other cities…
door-to-door in 20 minutes is absolute fantasy… you’re not getting to the train station in 20 minutes… especially not from if you have to take a bus.
oh and i used to live and work in manhattan and never pulled off a 20 minute door-to-door trip….
yeah but look at how much those trades pay in Manhattan
if only there was a city with a decent train system where you could feasibly get home in 20 minutes… door to door…
i just want a phone that constantly spies on me and sends recordings back to mama cloud….
i don’t know who hurt you… but i’m sorry you had to go through whatever experiences that would make you commit those thoughts to typed words and think you were saying something.
well “probably” was the wrong term… but i was having that with large doses of caffeine, looked into it and found the blood pressure thing… also i was dehydrated….
drinking a lot more water fixed it for me….
zero sources, i’m sorry… this was about 2019 when i last searched for it… i could’ve been misled.
yes
we need math in programming because math is the best language for describing the universe…
you don’t really need much to do a lot of stuff, but it’s a very math like thing… the computer was invented as a general purpose math machine, programming languages are rather similar to math… variables, functions, etc….
imo they make students take way too much math and it ends up being “just prove that you could do this, not that you’ll need to”.
like, “multivariable calculus with analytic geometry” isn’t needed for anything unless you’re doing scientific work….
i’ve been obsessively commenting on reddit for years… i’ll live on forever
