… and then got him convicted on charges of illegally possessing a weapon. Must have been massive.

GOP logic. I wish I was joking.

          • Donald Trump’s special prosecutor is invalid because he’s investigating a former president who is now out of office. A former president cannot be investigated for actions taken during a former term because that term is over and Donald Trump is now a private citizen, and since Congress declined to remove Trump from office, his actions are therefore A-OK.

          • Hunter Biden’s special prosecutor is valid because the protections discussed above do not extend to the President’s son (unless their son is named or married to a Trump, because reasons. Look, just don’t think too hard, ok?).

          • Biden’s special prosecutor is valid because he’s a current president and his current actions are being investigated. The Supreme Court just ruled that presidents are all-but-immune from prosecution but that doesn’t apply to Biden because Supreme Court rulings don’t impact ongoing investigations unless the SC specifically says so, and Biden being given these special protections would interfere with ongoing investigations. And since he has already admitted to not having the mental acuity to do the job by dropping out of the race (yes, this is their logic), actions taken as a result of mental deterioration are not considered official acts and are therefore subject to prosecution.

It all makes sense as long as you remember a few golden rules: (1) Trump must get his way at all times, (2) Just don’t think about it too hard. Or at all. It’s already been shown to destroy brain cells. And (3), if all else fails, just gnaw on this lead paint for a while and wash it down with a little orange meth.

Yes, but only for Republicans. See, there is no “R” in the word Invalidate, but there is a “D”. Checkmate, liberals! You can’t logic your way out of that one!
