Browsing Lemmy is among the few things I “do” on my phone. The rest are passive things like listening to podcasts or using the maps. I don’t really do much on my phone.

Make time speed up by hyper focussing on whatever is hitting that dopamine button untill I’m no longer allowed to stare at it or I fall asleep.
