Orange Gestapo “Homeland Security” has opened up a 60 day comment period for plans to collect Social Media accounts for anyone with a Visa or Greencard.

When you fill DS-160 to apply for a visa you have to fill in your social media handles. Is this for those on ESTA?
For visitors yeah it already exists. I think what they want to do now is collect from people who are already inside the US, like applying for permanent residency, etc.
