Nope, was born at the start of the 90s and this couldn’t apply less to me.
I sometimes wish I could go to bed that early, but the further away from midnight I go to bed, the less likely I am to actually get any sleep at all for some reason. I need to actually be tired to go to bed otherwise I just end up getting more awake, counterproductively
On the flip side most average people seem to be able to wake up at 6am easily, which to me, should be against the Geneva convention
For me it’s got nothing to do with being able to. One of my dogs needs a wee latest by 6 am, and I can assure you I have not been consulted about this schedule. The other dog happily sleeps to 8 am if given the opportunity.

Agreed. We should restructure society to start around 10 am instead.
