We’ve been told for almost 50 years by republican chucklefucks that this would be a handout to the worst of society and that it was unaffordable. Yet New Mexico makes it work. This is what happens when competent people vote in their own interests instead and we stop listening to a party that hates themselves.

Clearly New Mexico has been taken over by MS13 antifa invaders and God King trump must send in the national guard to save us from the leftist hell scape they plan to impose on our glorious christian nation.

    /s, if it wasn’t obvious.

Not gonna lie, that’s a pretty compelling reason to move to New Mexico. Santa Fe is also a pretty fun little town with a cool art scene and killer food. The classic car scene there is also pretty rad.

What I don’t understand is that New Mexico is such an outlier for shitty statistics as compared to other states, even blue ones. Like I feel nearly every ranking has New Mexico strangely near the bottom alongside the likes of Alabama and Mississippi. I’ve long wondered why that is.

Drive through New Mexico and it will become abundantly clear. There are only around 2 million people in the entire state. Half of the people live in 3 counties, and a lot of rest of the state is a whole lotta nothing, dying or dead towns, and single trailers separated by miles.
