I bet you also own but haven’t played Star Wars: Imperial Assault, the ttrpg. I opened the box, started reading the rules, and suddenly I was playing poker in RDR2
I certainly do, I couldn’t ever find people to play with in my tiny town, same problem with Armada. I must own 1000 aud worth of armada figurines and a custom play mat i made myself but no one to play with haha
I feel your pain. It took me over 5 years to find the correct mix of DnD players from my circle of friends. Adults who could maintain a consistent weekly gaming schedule and not be That Guy™. In our current campaign one friend wound up being a wangrod, but another invited one of his friends that is somehow more of a nerd than I am. So it balanced out. This took a long time and several false starts over the years. One of my players has to remote in on Zoom, which sucks, but we make it work. The point is, keep trying. If you can maintain interest that is lol
