    I was at this protest:

Had to make sure I wasn’t in any of the photos after this, because they are very serious about the area being extremely pro Trump. I know of at least 5 permanent Trump signs in the area.

Always makes me sad to see these stroadside protests that don’t have enough people to shut down the road. You guys deserve better

Hope you stay safe. This was the photo where i thought the people had the most guts to be there. If its really that supportive of your fuckhead in chief, i can’t imagine many friendly onlookers.

Although, i suppose with the smallest voting bloc being republican, and largest being non-voter, maybe you’d get more disinterested people than outright aggression.

The reality is that this is an extremely busy intersection. There were more than one diesel truck that attempted (and had some success) to cover people in smoke. I believe the only reason that there wasn’t any real aggression was there being hired security there.

There was one minutes away from my home in suburban Aurora, CO. For being such an off-central location, turnout was excellent and there was so much support from those driving by! I realized how great those protests outside of downtown are; super convenient (easy to attend and get others to join) and seeing things like that happen in unexpected places, especially the more residential areas, has a little more meaning when you drive by.

My mom lives in a a gated “active adult” community. A small group got out in front of the neighborhood early in the morning, protested for about an hour, then went to Denny’s.

The last No Kings protest had a bit of a controversy. Everyone in the neighborhood tools around in golf carts, and a MAGA resident rode hers down to the protest, and ended up deliberately hitting another old lady with her cart, and taking off.

Nobody knew who she was, and by the time they found her, she had moved away.

What about the freedom to put what drugs I want in my own body? Cause my whole life it seems like everyone was super gun hoe to take that freedom from me. To use it as an excuse to expand the bipartisan police state.

Fuck the “normal” people lust for.

I wish I could’ve gone to this one but I’m oncall. The last one was huge, so I hope this beats those number estimates.

Meaningless unless these protests end the maga regime. Protests on a Saturday 🙄should be everyday until he’s removed from office along with all sycophants.

So a resistance action is meaningless unless it is the final resistance action? What about all the other resistance actions that need to come first for the final resistance action to build on?

Protests didn’t stop the Nazis in the 1930s. It took a lot more than that actually.
