Do you mean something like “Bean-o,” or could Metamucil (psyllium husk fibres) work? Just about everyone needs more fibre in their diets, after all.
Beano is enzymes that help you digest. I meant fiber pills like psyllium husk.
Metamucil works well.
Unless I’m missing something, they’d also be much more cost-effective than the pills. (those containers are BIG)
