Stores are supposed to then take what they’ve received and donate it to a local charity. The workers have to figure out what charity they’ll partner with, and have to do the leg work of coordinating the donations themselves.
And let me guess, they’re either expected to do this in their free time or not miss their targets if they do it during work
Gonna be donated to goodwill
Gonna be donated to the dumpster out back, more like.
“Donated to Public Service workers”
I don’t work there and I also say it will be a huge mess
Well the upper management wont have to deal with the mess so they’re fine with putting it all on the employees that they’ll be exploiting that day
Silly, they’re exploited every day.
… Though that day will be particularly… exploity…
GS execs really did a fat line and said “lol what if we subject our wagies to crackhead craigslist”
Holy hell. I have some bad GameStop trade-in stories, and that’s just from taking in normal trade-ins. I can’t even imagine the clusterfuck this would be. I’d be calling in sick.
If I bring in some old Bad Dragon toys, am I gonna get more than $5? 🤔
If I bring in a box of rocks will I get credit for that.
Only if your name is not Charlie Brown.
Can they run Crysis?
They can “run, cry sis”
I wish my grandmother were still alive. She’d be the type to go down there and play along with me.
“Hi, I’d like to trade in my 103 year old grandmother for $5.”
And then we both poker face our way through a gamestop employees reactions.
No live animals, sorry sir. NEXT!
Look out, Gamestop! About a billion scratched copies of FIFA are coming your way!
Well. I would have been interested in donating canned goods for charity, but not like this. This is a terrible idea.
