Namely, to transport Allied ReUnion troops to where they need to go, while botching or denying service to the Neo Confederate Axis. One side wants to pay federal workers and be boring, the other abuses them.
Also if ATC continues to implode there’s a solid chance it could be up to a week without planes to move troops.
