Yeah, that was bogus, but he should be ripping his own players for not holding on to the ball.

Of all the problems, this one has to be the most obviously called correctly. If the ball came out and hit the ground after he landed, it would have been incomplete. In other words, he never maintained possession. He never completed the process of the catch before it was taken from him.
I saw the replay and it seemed open and shut interception.
