Intimidate, harass, arrest, and cause enough turmoil to hand Trump the reasoning he’s looking for to sew doubt and complicate/confuse the results. That’s what this whole ‘investigation’ in Georgia is about, this is what he means by ‘Republicans taking over the elections’, etc.
