As long as all the neighbors understand they’re living next to a working farm that can be noisy and have smells this is wonderful. I’m just having flashbacks to when a developer bought up the alfafa fields next to my grampas land and would send noise complaints about a working farm.

What did you expect when you moved next to a farm Becky? It’s 22 hectares, it’s not like you can’t see the GIANT FUCKING BARN with 8 pieces of HEAVY FUCKING MACHINERY parked all around it.

In melbs we have a law for people who move next to pre existing loud areas / live venues, etc. it primarily rules “your fault for buying there, so shut up, dickhead”
