    Unfortunately, probably not.

    DAs only take cases they have a good chance of winning. Since it takes only 1 juror to get in the way of a guilty verdict, there’s not much chance this murderer will ever see justice from the legal system.

      No, this case would be no harder to prosecute than Derek Chauvin’s was. A hung jury doesn’t mean a an acquittal. They just do another trial. In fact it would be an even easier slam dunk.

      The real reason they won’t bring charges is because they’re afraid ICE and federal retaliation. The criminals
