Safariland, owned by billionaire Warren Kanders, remains the number one supplier of pepper spray and tear gas to ICE and CBP, via a large federal distributor run by a MAGA-aligned former Marine.

Using tear gas is a war crime banned under the Geneva convention. But states have no qualms using them against civilians. Being maced point-blank is worse.

Not because it’s tear gas but because it’s difficult to know what gas is being used on you in the battlefield.

The US is no stranger to war crimes but in general you’re free to do whatever you want to your own people.

What the fuck is that thumbnail. Spraying pepper spray into a restrained persons face at inches is nothing but punitive.

That’s some thick-ass spray too. It’s more than merely punitive. It’s vindictive and sadistic.

It’s this “non-lethal” bullshit governments thugs love, they think it’s better to just blind people.
