Yeah helping is not the same as taking responsibility for a thing. That’s what needs to be distributed. If you’re in charge of taking the garbage you shouldn’t have to be reminded. If you’re in charge of evening meals you shouldn’t be waiting to be told when and what to cook. For each “department” there needs a head and nobody should be head of everything. The head can of course ask assistance whenever it makes sense.
