OP is wrong, but the usual reason given for the hatred is that the people do it are degenerates. I’m honestly not sure if you mean the ageplayers or the .world admins.
Afaik there are plenty of reddit subs where “creators” (I’m guessing you’re referring to Onlyfans sellers) are perfectly welcome and very active. There are other parts of reddit where sellers are resented for invading what had previously been noncommercial social spaces. So it’s a matter of choosing the right subs.
