Fuck off Supreme Court. I have it on good authority that The President is immune to any legal action for any presidential acts.
He’s immune to punishment for them. If anyone charges a tariffs to a company buying a foreign product that wasn’t imposed by congress though, they can still be held liable.
And Trump filing out pardons for everyone to ignore the supreme Court I doubt can be considered an official act, not sure what that would fall under. Government overthrow again, lol
