Exercised meat is tough meat. Your best beef is from lazy cows. Fat is marbling and marbling is flavor. I’ve never raised wagyu, but this is how you get USDA Prime.
I don’t doubt that, but I think there’s a difference in what we’re calling "fat’ here. I’d wager that you generally didn’t raise cows with rolls of excess fat - just ones with a healthy amount.
Marbling, not pure fat, which is what the stereotype of a fat person would be. Maybe a Sumo wrestler or strongman would be most concerned since their bodies would be more primed along the wagyu lines.
Random aside, I’d think body builders should be more concerned about Lecter then chubby folks. Steaks aren’t made of fat after all.
