Chicken has more calories whereas fish has more omega 3s.

I’d say chicken wins out from a survival perspective.

The downvotes are so unwarranted, lol.

Anyway, fish, because some fish can be “strong” but chicken is just chicken. Idk, that’s what my intuition tells me. 🤷

Depends on how you define fish, also in some places fish is not meat, and can be eaten by vegetarians. But i think, since the chicken derived from a dinosaur, and the only living creatures that basically never changed are fishes, the battle is pretty simple:

Any fish looses against the chicken on land

The chicken looses against more than 25% of all fish species.

What do you mean by powerful? Are we mashing them together to see which is the strongest meat, my money’s on chicken. Fish tends to be quite soft and squishy.

Protein bioavailability? I believe that’s also chicken but I haven’t looked at the numbers in a while.

The fish, having the greater ratio of acceleration to mass as compared to the chicken, must therefore also be the more powerful.
