    Yes. But even if FedEx wins that, they already screwed over their customers when they pushed the costs of the tariffs onto the consumers. So the customers have to temind them who really paid for the tariffs.

      Its not just FedEx, every shipping company made the buyer pay those tariffs, but that was standard procedure for years. The shipping company payed the dues at port, then made the buyer pay the shipping company back before the items are delivered. The customers sueing the shipper are sueing the wrong entity.

        It’s to gain back the profit from the tariffs. If the companies get to keep the money from them and get payed recompense for the tariffs then they just make a profit
