Not a Chicagoan, but it looks like a jibarito, a Puerto Rican sandwich served between two fried plantains.

I’m having hard time telling what most of it is, but their “pizza” doesn’t taste bad at all, it’s just not conventional U.S. pizza. The hot dog has to much pickle for me. But why am I seeing so much okra? South Carolina is the only place I am used to seeing it be common. That said dried okra is great. (Basically potatoes chip alternative). Though it is hard to tell what all the green is in the sandwich in the bottom right, is it a slice of poblano or bell pepper?
Upper left is deep dish, also known as visitors pizza cause Chicago pizza is square cut crispy thin pizza. Anyone who visits Chicago wants deep dish but I don’t know anyone here who actually likes it. Thin is where it’s at!
Upper right is the Chicago style dog. Those are sport peppers on the dog, not okra!

The bottom right is an Italian beef. Personally that looks way too dry, it needs to be dunked until there are no more air bubbles lol. The green you’re looking at on the sandwich is a combination of sweet peppers and giardiniera which is spicy pickled vegetables and they’re oh so good!
Ahh okay. The sandwich is where I thought I saw the okra, I had to go back and check after you said that, yeah I guess it is sliced peppers and unsliced peppers, thanks for the information!
I know a few guys from Chicago and they swear by the deep dish! It’s definitely a thing. I’ve also seen deep dish or double decker pizza elsewhere in the US. So it’s not exclusive to Chicago or Chicagoans.
Not a fan of the Chicago style deep dish myself. It seems like pizza soup in a bread bowl but I’ve never had them not burnt. I know you have to cook it longer because of the depth or thickness but turn that oven down a bit!
The two on the right are God tier munchies. I dunno what the two on the left are, but that bottom one looks tasty.
Top left is a Chicago style stuffed pizza. It’s incredibly controversial, but also delicious.
