    In a letter to U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett, Mangione’s lawyers said that the current schedule — the state trial in June and the federal trial in September — would put him “in the position of needing to prepare for two complicated and serious trials at the same time.”

      While I agree with the sentiment, I hate that people have started acting like he actually did it. Anyone with eyes could see that it was a different person wearing that hooded jacket. Their eyebrows were completely different shapes, and that’s not something you can just grow in a week. His arrest also had all of the markers of planted evidence. The man is obviously being railroaded by the criminal prosecution system, and the entire world is watching it happen.
