I read a good post a while back about how even though your classic d&d world looks like mediaeval Europe, it behaves much more like the wild west. Rephrase this part to “imagine you’re in the saloon and a group of armed cowboys roll in…” and suddenly it all makes sense again!
i mean it’s not great but it’s not terrible either. it’s a good entry into salsa for folk trying to venture out from bland white people cuisine. back in the early 90s when we couldn’t make our own from homegrown tomatoes we couldn’t really get better salsa where we lived.
