Their app kinda sucks since the recent update (probably vibe coded) but its exactly this. You can give things away for free, or ask things for free. Its humble.
Also the Buy Nothing Facebook groups. I find those more active than the app
Money is easy to ship anywhere. Things are much harder. Thus everything worth doing is going to be local. Various options have been mentioned. Your local food shelf may have a place for this as well.
Not exactly what you’re looking for I don’t think but you might check for local Freecycle groups.
