I suffer from body dysmorphia and as I am worse I’m finding that I cannot use technology any more as I can see my face reflect on the devices screen. Are there any screen protectors that will stop the reflection or reduce it?

Matte screen protectors exist , don’t hafta necessarily be marketed as “paper-like” . Tho note they may smꚙth out over time

However not been able to find one with “privacy shield” like feature if that’s some thing you care about

If the ones you got don’t do the trick, look for paper-like screen protectors. I have one on my iPad and all I can see in the reflection is a vague shape. Don’t know about posting links, but search Amazon for “# Esanik 2 Pack Like Paper Glass Screen” to see what I’m talking about

Thank you for taking the time to make the recommendation. I will be sure to try this if the matte screen protectors don’t work out :)

I don’t know why some dipshit has downvoted you, but I’ve got a matte screen protector for my tablet. It doesn’t completely stop light from reflecting, but it doesn’t reflect enough detail for you to see your face.

I hope you get help with the dysmorphia and feel better about yourself soon 👍

Thank you. I have ordered some from amazon for my phone and switch which have good reviews. Hoping the one for my phone doesn’t affect the finger print reader but its a feature I can live without
