Based on the NYT article analyzing the video and satellite imagery, we can be fairly confident that it was a direct tomahawk hit. And checking the datellite images, the school looks like a part of the IRGC base, where other buildings were also targeted. So they most likely intended to hit the building, but they (obviously) didn’t know there was a school in it. A major fuckup caused by carelessness/incompetence that should have never happened, and heads should roll.
