No great loss: at best, Mediaite only ever quotes other reporting. At worst, it’s like the above, which is a simple juxtaposition of “here’s what he said on TruthSocial plus what happened just after” so it’s not even a decent summarize and regurge.
Whenever I see Mediaite, I only ever open it to get the links to the real reporting they’re summarizing. This one didn’t even have those.
The notification blocking the content is really annoying… It’s a kind of entshittification for the user experience, imo.
Yes, definitely annoying and unpleasant. But then again, it’s a free service.
