Btw https://joinpeertube.org is a thing 👀 Uses the same protocol as Mastodon and Lemmy does, is decentralized, etc.
Problem is a video sharing platform is much more storage intensive than a link or text sharing/aggregation platform
You can restrict signups and have limited upload capacity for members.
Best channel I discovered this year. He’s based.
With Louis Rossman, sometimes I dont find his videos very interesting. But every now and again he will drop a bombshell that sends waves throughout the industry, and for that, I respect him immensely.
Outside of his YouTube stuff, the way hes so vocal about Right to Repair too. I think its awesome. More power to him.
