I’m not disagreeing, but can anyone really be surprised? IP theft is Chinese policy 101.

“I cannot reasonably purchase anything not connected to China, this is an issue”
“Wow guys, he just admitted to buying things from China! What a hypocrite!”
C’mon.
Would you like some extra mongering with your fear today?
Ah yes, how greedy of a company, to checks notes stop you from telling their online distribution service that you own something you don’t.
Pirate all you want, live how you want. But valve is a company, they do sorta have to follow those pesky laws and regulations.
Huh, neat! Had no idea. Seems like an odd exception.
That’s not what monopoly means? The merger should absolutely be scrutinized for the potential anti-competitive ramifications, but vertical integration isn’t immediately not allowed.
As someone that couldn’t get into modern fallout games, but actually loved going back to 1 and then 2, this just sounds like 2 but worse.
They’re bigger specifically so they can qualify as “light trucks” instead of regular vehicles, which means they have more more lax emissions standards.
While I think we’d prefer a non violent solution, the answer is the national guard. The national guard would very quickly demonstrate to any police force what the difference between the two is.
Isn’t south africa doing the right thing this time around? Something about “we know an apartheid state when we see one”.
It’s funny because that’s basically Leto the 2nd
I understand the sentiment, but it’s not really Biden’s job to do that. The justice system has utterly failed us, but having the president decide who is and isn’t an insurrectionist probably isn’t a great idea.
I don’t think you’d want to tie your ability to cool the reactor to outside air temperatures. Bodies of water do warm up, but are generally a much better “ultimate heat sink”.
You’re concerned about a cooling tower that literally just evaporates water? You realize those aren’t nuclear specific?
The first one that comes to mind is China absolutely does not tell anyone else the level of subsidization.
Given that both of your examples are commonly authoritarian if not outright fascist in ideology, I’m not exactly sure they’re too interested in class solidarity?
Glad you can grandstand but “you and the inbred moron who voted for the people who enabled things to get this bad are both getting dicked, so you should accept their opinions as respectable” is not the slam dunk argument you think it is.
One would almost suggest making it easier to commit fraud is a feature, not a bug.
You absolutely just have to say “hey DM don’t you agree it’s dumb this 8th level spell doesn’t let me use my existing hexagonal star fort model?”
The second image is strictly inferior though, enemies can make it to the base of the wall and are then much harder to hit/target. Ideally, you’d be able to make a six sided star fort to fit with the usual hexagonal grid, but that’s up to your dm.
Sorry that the developers don’t cater to making life easier for people that haven’t bought their game lmao what an entitled take
