The playful, drunk elves of the Hobbit were wood elves; the stuffy ones were high elves
I think PJ made them a bit too up themselves
(Too stuck up, too snooty, too like the ideal British noble)

I would abuse parallelization. Moon druid in owlbear shape with three hits for each action (through druid features and magic items) and a free action each kill (from an elixir), doing three of those at once would end most fights
Fighters would do more
I think a trap in a procedurally generated dungeon I recently ran for my group. It was a magical lightning trap, self resetting
UPS ≈ permanence
You use it to catch the ether bunny
Or prevent an opposing caster from using one or more scrolls
Do they need to define dictionary words? You are incapacitated, you don’t have capacity to do that.
The lack of qualification indicates you are completely incapacitated and have no capacity to do or say anything.
I go with fun trumps rules
I’d say ingesting the powder either kills it (had the players managed to get me to agree it was alive) or sends it on a tour of your digestive tract
It just was not much different to 98 and had less good UI
keyboard layout resets
Most people don’t care as they only have one layout. You and me are odd. I usually set my preferred layout as default
It’s going to annoy me. I keep the task bar on the bottom on my machine and on the side for remote/virtual machines

One of my favourite characters was a cat mage in an After The Bomb/RIFTS crossover game
So few hit points, but so much fun
Ping of death
Bash
Vim (clearly a buff)
You mean in a single dose? I’ll have 700mg 1000mg over three hours often
I have only heard of melatonin for jet lag and changing shift work
I don’t believe it’s good for sleep in general given those two uses are about messing with circadian cycles and that’s not going to help someone without otherwise good sleep habits
I have felt vertigo in high places in regular 3D games like Minecraft. I have to sit for VR Ghost Busters
I can’t imagine how immersed I’ll be in more immersive VR
Which standard does Canada use?
I have a friend who’s a new PM (in scaled agile). He isn’t up on expectation management.
We have a process where we request data from another agency which takes “from 7 seconds to 12 days”
And of course he tells people that. And of course they hear “7 seconds”
I have told him that if the SLA is 12 days, say “less than 12 days”
It took an area effect weapon (1 holy hand grenade of Antioch) to defeat it, so it probably has excellent AC and high hit points
