I think Liberals kept him off the ticket.

I don’t know if I’m alone on this, but I just bought the biggest 5400rpm HDD that was in my price range when I set up. Might notice the slower speed when doing a big data dump, but for streaming purposes you can run many 4k streams concurrently and the bottleneck would probably be your network speed before you hit a drive read bottleneck.
Just search for “kneeling pad” or “gardening knee pad” and you’ll find a bunch of pretty durable options for around $10. Or, hell, just get a pair of skateboarding knee pads. You might not be the pinnacle of fashion, but your knees will be well protected.
Trumps just testing the waters to see which Congressmen are loyal and which he still needs to get some kompromat on, so he’s not stopped when he enacts the real fasc-ie stuff.
Yeah, that’s fair. US mindset, I’m just still processing our shitshow.
Theoretically, sure. Pragmatically, we just elected a fascist insurrectionist, and it’s not going to happen in the near future.
(1/3) +(1/2)(1/3) = 1/2
Math checks out from this end.
When you vote in a Nazi, expect Nazis to be validated.
Clinton left a booming economy and projections to reduce, if not eliminate, the national debt in 10 years. Then came another Bush. Bush left a shitty economy for Obama, through bullshit tax breaks for the rich during a time of bullshit military spending among other dumb actions. Obama fixed things. trump inherited a booming economy from Obama, and slowly (maybe quickly) ruined it through gross incompetence. Biden inherited a shit economy and inflation from that moron, trump. After dealing with fallout from stupid trump policies (that’s being generous), Biden managed to turn things around and the economy was once again doing pretty good. Now that dipshit trump will give his idiot voters and the rest of us another shitty economy that the next Dem will have to try to fix. The wheels on the bus go round and round.
Two others were more lightly injured in the struggle that one police source said had broken out around 8:00 am as the teenagers involved were on their way to secondary school.
It was not immediately clear what triggered the fight, in which weapons including the axe, a knife, a samurai sword and baseball bats were used.
Damn. I thought some US schools were rough.
For me that is much more than a pet peeve.
This is like saying 1,000 delusional people endorse Harris. I don’t think it’s the flex they think it is.
If trump actually…shudder…wins, he could do as he’s said and bring down the fascist military hammer on any type of dissidents. These billionaire ghouls don’t care what happens to the country or world, they just care about their hoard.
I don’t care what their political views are, billionaires should not exist.
Linus either makes me think he’s a dick, or he makes me laugh. Sometimes both. I liked his response:
Greg Kroah-Hartman who authored the patch dropping the various maintainers has yet to comment on the mailing list thread, but a few minutes ago Linus Torvalds chimed in with his opinion. Linux creator Linus Torvalds wrote:
"Ok, lots of Russian trolls out and about.
It’s entirely clear why the change was done, it’s not getting reverted, and using multiple random anonymous accounts to try to “grass root” it by Russian troll factories isn’t going to change anything.
And FYI for the actual innocent bystanders who aren’t troll farm accounts - the “various compliance requirements” are not just a US thing.
If you haven’t heard of Russian sanctions yet, you should try to read the news some day. And by “news”, I don’t mean Russian state-sponsored spam.
As to sending me a revert patch - please use whatever mush you call brains. I’m Finnish. Did you think I’d be supporting Russian aggression? Apparently it’s not just lack of real news, it’s lack of history knowledge too."
I have a family member who just cancelled their subscription to the LA Times over this. After having been a subscriber for decades and continuing to be a subscriber to “maybe slow the decline of traditional journalism” for the past years since its quality has severely declined, they just said,“Well, that did it.”
The Supreme Court went out of their way to dodge the 14th Amendment question. Both during questioning and in their ruling.

Alvin Toffler argued that society is undergoing an enormous structural change, a revolution from an industrial society to a “super-industrial society”. This change, he states, overwhelms people. He argues that the accelerated rate of technological and social change leaves people disconnected and suffering from “shattering stress and disorientation”—future shocked. -from WP
